Goes on easy enough... but..the head of it is small... like way smaller than me... could definitely be alot bigger in that area, could also be a bit longer...feel like it's lacking in both those areas...

I picked up another one of these sleeves a while back which was a bit shorter and thinner than this model. In comparison, I feel I like this one far more than the other one. The inside diameter is a bit larger on this model which to me feels a bit more comfortable. With the thicker side wall and heavier material I expected this one to cause less sensitivity but it seems I can feel more with this one on that the other one. This one with thicker walls adds even more girth, which seems to be appreciated as well.As I am a bit above average for Caucasian Americans, the added length of this one doesn’t feel like its trying to rip my testicles off after stretching it down the shaft enough to attach the ring properly. In spite of it having thicker material it does seem to stretch rather well, so it shouldn’t be a problem for guys with much longer tools, not that you’d need one of these anyway.I’m not sure how well this will perform in the long run. It does seem to diminish sensation quite a bit, but as long as one can keep it up, the fun should last a good long while. Its a fun toy to experiment with and to spice things up in the bedroom. Give one a try, you and your partner just may enjoy the thrill.Oh, I dropped a star on the rating only because the sleeve I received is rather dull in color and doesn’t anywhere near the one shown in the images. I was hoping for a more realistic look and the color contrast between the tip and the body is hardly eye popping. The tip is more brown than red on the one I received. But don’t let that minor detail be a deterrent, I just thought I would add that little tidbit as an FYI heads-up.
