I thought these might be cheap feeling and not sharp, having never used this brand before. However, they are sharp and very slim, so useful for small and delicate work. They also feel sturdy.

I never used these as they were not sharp and not pointed enough Just don't do the job at all

They work fine for my embroidery, very pleased and highly recommend.

I've had plenty of small embroidery scissors in my time but was sick of them becoming blunt very quickly. These seem to be the exception. They cut right to the tip. I wanted then for cutting small slits in curved seams and threads when finishing the seams. Does both brilliantly.

These little scissors do the job, but are quite stiff which isn't ideal. (I have tendon issues. ) I bought them to replace a cheap thread snipper that came with a starter kit, but in all honesty, I should have just stuck with that!

This is my 2nd pair of Janome 4.5" scissors. My last pair I have had for years but suddenly they went walk about never to be found again. (I suspect my grandaughter had something to do with that) I use mainly for intricate cutting for my card making. Just perfect. Cutting paper and card is supposed to blunt the sharpness of scissors over time. Not these. They are my most treasured possessions. I could not remember the name of them but it popped up on one of my searches so ordered immediately. Order arrived promptly. very pleased. They are hidden away for my use only now. Nice small scissor, but not perfect. They are not pointed enough and in dressmaking, if you have to cut into tiny corners that is very important. I had to purchase another one, see from the photo the differences in points!
