Caddyshack 2 [DVD]

Caddyshack1&2 are Good hilarious films.

This is one of those films that whilst everyone hates. I actually really love. I went through a period on growing up watching this movie over and over at least once a week for about a year (no exaggerations neither) Its strange how you do that when you are young. The thing that annoyed me was how bad the DVD was for this. It was only available throughout the world as dreadful pan and scan. The sound was terrible too. I have hunted and hunted for this in widescreen. Today I seen this on Amazon Instant Video and seen the mention of HD. I held my mouse over the buy button for 20 mins saying should I or shouldn't I. Well needless to say I did, and bought the £9.99 HD version, and I got the biggest pleasant surprise as its widecreen. Its one of the greatest feelings when one of your old classic movies you finally find them in widecreen. Thanks Amazon for sourcing this.

I liked the original Caddyshack, so thought I'd give this one a go. I agree with oher reviews, its not as funny as the original.There is the same character as before, someone that is hated by everyone in the club, that is richer than all of them. Same as before, why repeat the same storyline?The caddy in this version isn't even the main role, like the first.The only thing that made it for me, funny wise, was Chevy Chase, and maybe the auction bit...
