I've been hooked on my local store brand's turmeric ginger tea. I love it both for flavor and health benefits, but I am drinking a cup or so a day, and it adds up. I started preparing my own tea, as well as golden milk/golden latte, using this dried turmeric and let me tell you, I am so spoiled now! The flavor of this brand of turmeric is much less earthy and far more herby in flavor. It has a slight skunky flavor that comes out when it's oversteeped, but honestly, I am hooked on this stuff. It's much higher quality than what I am used to, and I don't think I can go back now. Will be buying again.

This is a quality turmeric root. It’s chunky, organic and fragrant. The color is true to turmeric and you get a bang for your buck. The bag is large.

What a great find. If you buy turmeric to use as a medicinal or health supplement, this is way better than the finely ground stuff. I infuse 1/2 a teaspoon in boiling water, and it produces very strong, very deeply colored turmeric tea and you'll get multiple infusions. I'll never buy the powdered turmeric again.

. . . you can quickly grind it to powder in a coffee grinder and that powder tastes far fresher than turmeric powder available anywhere that I've found.
