I regret buying this.
Does not work properly with IOS. It only registers “on” but not “off”. It won’t work at all with Alexa. From what I have researched, it seems to work with Android but not IOS. Don’t know why they won’t rectify this but as such I would not recommend. Price was good.

Works great with Alexa
Love this product. Great price, easy to set up, works great with Alexa. I kept this and sold my Harmony Elite as this works better for me!

Good hardware but poor software and no technical backup
The hardware works well but the software is clunky and there is no technical backup. You cannot seem to put the control software on more than one device? Each time it asks for your account details but never recognises them.

Amazing product after last update only you need is ihc app. It's work perfect with alexa
