If you like me only buy peanut butter with 100% nuts and no oil or additives it separates. Store it upside down and then stir with this gadget when you need it. Simple answer.

I like this tool. It's not particularly comfortable to hold and turn, but it does the job of stirring nut butters better than a knife, and achieves a better re-blending of the oil. The scrape tool is handy, too. Can recommend.

Well this is a tool I didn’t know I needed! We love the big tubs of natural nut butters and they’re always surprisingly oily (yes, why ever do other nut butters include palm oil when there’s clearly enough oil comes out of the nuts already?!) and need a lot of continual stirring. Usually just use a knife. This gives a lovely stirring action not quite achieved with a knife and really stirs up thoroughly; and the little scraper is genius to get the butter off the stirrer (no more extra calories from licking it clean!) - start at the top and slide it down and the butter slides back into the tub. I think it’s best for large jars/tubs. It’s quite hard on the hand though, and I don’t find it easy to hold to do the stirring, that’s my only gripe with it really.
