I have always been a critic especially tools, electronics, etc. but this bag is worth getting. Just make sure you don't fill the base with water, definitely use sand. Other than that, the bag is solid, I'm 6ft and it comes to my forehead. I bought it for my 9 yr old son but honestly it's too much for him rn. But for an adult it gets the job done. I've kicked it and went a couple rounds with it and it is solid. The suction cups on my floor doesn't really work cause I have hardwood but it's not sole cheap pos so I'm happy I didn't waste my money. I'd recommend it if you're new to a bag and can't get a hanging one. This definitely gets the job done.

The gloves are not the same quality as a name brand such as Everlast. They are lighter and made from thinner materials. They do work fine. I tried to fill the base with sand, no go. The sand was moist so there is no easy way to get it into the fill hole. Getting it back out would be impossible. I ended up using water to fill the base. I will buy a hot water tank drain pain to put under the base in case of leaks. So far, it works good. The bag section has good padding, is heavy and solid, and feels good when striking it. The base is somewhat stable, I could add more water. My son likes it and so do I. I would most likely recommend to friends and family. Assembly was pretty straight forward. I know people complained about the manual, but I found it an easy job using the supplied tools.

It was stable enough and worked for what we needed. My phone and I have have beaten the crap out of it for years now. The bag itself eventually breaks down if you leave it out in the sun like we did. However I would definitely suggest people buy this if they're looking for a punching bag or beginning to get into MMA.

nice bag! Filled it up with sand, which took quite a while but was worth it. I filled it up with around 75kg worth of sand. It was quite full at this point, and although maybe a little bit more sand could fit in, i'm quite sure the 115kg mentioned in the description wouldn't fit in there. In any case its a nice quality punching bag. If you can throw a good hard punch you will knock it over but for simple training at home and working on your technique its excellent and at a good price compared to competitors.

Super, hält harte Schläge aus. Als Frau habe ich den standfuß mit 40l Sand aufgefüllt, was leicht wackelt. Wenn die Männer draufhauen, kippt er. Ist aber noch Platz für doppelte Menge Sand. Super einfach aufzubauen.

Sehr stabiler Boxsack. Dank der Saugnäpfe braucht man ihn (mein Sohn ist 12 Jahre alt) noch nicht mal zu befüllen. Er wurde in zwei Kartons geliefert.

Gefällt mir sehr. Bei kräftigen Menschen sollte man es mit Sand statt Wasser befüllen, so wird es fester stehen. Ich habe die Saugnäpfe nicht benutzt, weil ich leider nicht genügend Platz habe und muss es immer zu Seite schieben.
