They get hot! That's what you want
These hand warmers are essential for my hour-long walks, particularly given the extreme cold of Iowa winters. I am very pleased to have discovered such an effective solution at an excellent price point. Thank you for providing a product that ensures my comfort. I recommend activating them at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to your departure, as this duration is required for them to reach optimal warmth.

Better than I expected
Better than what I expected. It took slightly longer to heat up than the Hot Hands brand I normally use but it stayed warm well over 12hrs later when I forgot they were in my jacket pockets. Also dropped them in a bucket of icy water at work & they got slightly damp & STILL stayed warm. Amazing product.

Low price, but not best value
Lowest price small hand warmers but does not heat up as quickly or to as high a temperature as the two major brand name ones. I did a head to head comparison by putting one of these in one pocket and another brand in the other pocket. These also do not last as long, but since these are half the price of the competitors, this is great if you only need these for a few hours at a time and not for like 8 hours or more.

Hot! Minimum of 10hrs
For smaller hand warmers they put out heat for 10 hrs i work outdoors everyday of the year in upper Midwest where north wind doesn't quit. Yes they say 12hrs but after 10 the heat does start to disipait. Ill definitely buy again for price well worth it..

Hot Hand Warmers? More Like Lukewarm Sadness—A Chemical-Scented Disaster in Every Pack
When I purchased the Hot Hand Warmers - 80 Count, I was expecting a reliable source of warmth to get me through the frigid winter months. Instead, what I got was a smelly, lukewarm disappointment that might as well have been designed to torment the cold and desperate. Let’s start with the smell. The moment I opened the pack, I was hit with a chemical stench so pungent it felt like I had wandered into a factory that manufactures sadness and regret. This wasn’t a faint odor—it was a full-on assault on my senses. Every time I used one, I had to endure the nauseating aroma, which made me wonder if I was holding a hand warmer or a toxic science experiment gone wrong. And then, the warmth—or lack thereof. Air-activated heat? Sure, but only if “heat” is defined as the mild sensation of your palms trying to warm themselves through sheer disappointment. These packs struggled to reach lukewarm at best, and even when they did, the heat dissipated faster than my hopes for a cozy winter. Up to 12 hours of heat? Try a tragic 30 minutes of mediocrity, followed by a sad, cold reminder of what could have been. I even gave them multiple chances. I followed the instructions to the letter—shaking them, waiting patiently—but the results were consistently underwhelming. Pair after pair, pack after pack, they failed to deliver anything more than a faint whisper of warmth, as if they were mocking me for believing in their promises. And to add insult to injury, a few packs never even activated, leaving me holding a useless chemical pouch of disappointment. Verdict? These so-called “hand warmers” are a colossal letdown, more suited for filling landfills than providing actual warmth. Save your money and invest in something that doesn’t smell like a chemical spill or feel like a lukewarm betrayal. Rating: 1/5 stars. If you’re looking for warmth, look elsewhere. These hand warmers belong in the hall of shame for products that over-promise and under-deliver. I’d rather brave the cold barehanded than endure another round of this tepid disaster.
