Excellent supplement for general health; especially important to me as a vegetarian.

This product comes in tablet form. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. The dosage is 100 mg, so I take two at bedtime and get better sleep and feel more rested when I awake.

I purchased this bottle of Alpha Lipoic Acid on 7/01/24 for my mom who lives in an Assisted Living center. I just got a call that the nursing staff said it was expired from 2023. Frustrating.

I've been using another Alpha Lipoic Acid at a much higher rate, 600mg.I thought I'd see if a lower amount,100mg, would work as well but I do prefer the higher dose.This is probably fine for others, just not for me. The price is good, $10.79 with a 20% discount code and this is for 2 months.

I'm a regular user of ALA and have been for many years. I've taken various dosages, but have pretty much settled on 100 mg twice per day.I compared the cost per 100 mg tablet to three other 100 mg products which I trust and have used in the past, and this brand comes out about 1.5X to 2.6X more expensive. Keep in mind when you compare costs that there is also available R_ALA, which is much more expensive. Supposedly, R-ALA is better absorbed then the mix of R/L-ALA in this and the three products to which I did the cost comparison. I'm not sure the pure R-ALA is worth the added cost. I need to do more research on that.BOTTOM LINE: While this this brand of ALA may be of good quality, you can do better on price. Just use the search button on AMAZZON and you will have several good quality products from which to choose. Just be sure you are not comparing to the R-ALA products that are also available.

I already take a whole host of antioxidants, so at this point I only try additional ones for their unique benefits. The nerve support of ALA really helps my dry and tired eyes (contact wearer), so I will be continuing to take this. I also have to say that I've tried a few different supplements from this brand through Vine, and they all seem to be top notch quality. Great supplements from a brand I had previously never heard of.

I haven’t noticed any difference in how I feel since switching to this brand versus the brand I have been taking. The dosage is the same and it is easily to swallow.

I'm adding natural items to my health regimen.I figure why not give natural treatments a try. Over the counter and prescription drugs have added no noticeable improvements to my health.
