I really like this rug pad so far. I have had it for almost six months, and it has been working very well under my medium-pile wool rug (mine is more of a knotted/weave texture, not fluffy). The photo I took was right after placing the rug on top, and even then, most of the fold lines smoothed out. After walking over it a few times, they disappeared completely. Functionally, it keeps my rug from sliding around really well, great traction and grip without feeling sticky. It also lays flat, has no chemical smell, and was easy to place and adjust. I was a little nervous about whether it was truly waterproof after reading some of the other reviews, so I did a small water test before laying it down: I poured some water on a patch to see if it would transfer. It didn’t pass through to the other side. Of course, water isn’t the same as pet accidents and I only tested a small section, so I can’t speak to real-world waterproofing but it gave me a bit of reassurance. Only note: the size runs just a touch smaller than the listed dimensions (mine measured about 95.25" instead of 96" on one side). Not a problem for me, if anything, it helps the pad stay hidden and avoids peeking out from under the rug.

The 1/4" pad is just the right thickness to provide cushioning, but not so much that my Roomba gets stuck. The rug also stays in place. I'm using it with a hand-knotted wool rug on 16" tiles. No issue with smell that some others have reported. Very satisfied with this product.

This one is thin, nonslip back, and waterproof. Checks all the boxes for me. I used it under a washable rug I also bought here on the ‘Zon. I’m in love with this pad and know if a spill occurs, the pad will catch it. The nonslip is not scratchy so works well with hard floors, had no janky smell, and stays put. No shifting underneath. I will be buying more!

This rug pad has held mine rug in place with zero issues and I was able to trim away any excess padding with ease. It is a great quality product and the only reason I did not give this rug pad Five stars was because it was a little thinner than expected. However, I did order the thinner Option and wish now I had opted for the thicker one. Overall, this rug pad had zero smell, and has done everything. It said it would!

Absolutely love this carpet! The design is lovely, it’s nice and soft & the liner I purchased is of good quality also! I was reading the comments that said the rug & liner are thin etc, however they are not extremely thin. I live in a small place where there is no insulation under the cabin so I put these right on top of the older used carpet. I’m ready to purchase another rug & liner for my kitchen! Love the pattern! It just made my living room!

Pad works wonders. Keeps the carpet in place and adds some cushion to the feeling. Getting one for every carpet in the house.

Does the job. It’s thin so if you’re in need of a thicker pad, this is not it. Otherwise it stays in place and provides a little bit of padding to my area rug.

Keeps my area rugs, runners, and door mats from Slipping. And helps them lay flat. Good quality. Easy to trim up.
