Delicious honey.I use this in tea so I don't need sugar. I love sweet tea and although I only use demerara sugar, it's still nice to cut back if I can and this allows me to still enjoy my tea.Also, I tend to use raw honey in cakes instead of sugar and this has such a lovely flavour, it makes the cakes taste even better.

Started with good texture but became increasingly granular; had to throw away a lot of it.

Beautiful honey with an orange zing!!! Absolutely recommend :)
