OGXHydrate & Tone Reviving + Bamboo Radiant Brunette Conditioner, 385 ml

This is my fave conditioner! Rich but not heavy, makes my natural (brown) hair shine, and smells good (I'd give the scent 4/5 as I prefer others in the range better eg coconut). It is my absolute go to! I just wish I could find a reliable supply of the matching shampoo as they work best together.

Bought for every day conditioning, inexpensive but does the job.

I much prefer this to the John Freida Brilliant Brunette I recently used which I found difficult to rinse out and kind of left a residue. This OGX conditioner smells nicer and rinses out well. My hair feels soft and shiny, very eay to get a wide toothed comb through my wavy hair and no frizz. Very pleased

This is fine but didn't notice any effect on my colour, was hoping might dampen the greys a little till my next hair dye! It leaves it reasonably soft but nothing special.

I really love this stuff. You can smell whatever the additive is to make it brunette-specific, but only slightly, and this is compared to other OGX conditioners that smell incredible. It leaves the hair super soft and in excellent condition. It's one of my favourite conditioners.

This is a great conditioner - smells gorgeous, feels rich and silky. The condition of my hair since I've been using this is noticeably better - it creates a fantastic shine and my hair behaves much more cooperatively when I'm straightening it. Fantastic conditioner!

I’m specifically reviewing the conditioner here, not the shampoo.It’s quite a thick, almost mousse-like conditioner when you squeeze it out of the bottle, but it lathers quickly and washes out easily, and doesn’t leave any residual greasiness or unwanted volumising effect, so it’s pleasing in that way. My hair feels pleasant after using it, but if I think the effect is any better than any of my other preferred daily conditioners, I’d have to say no.The colour is very mild, even straight out of the bottle. It’s a very pale mousey brown that looks a little like cheap imitation-brand chocolate Angel Delight. There’s clearly not a lot of pigment in it and Ithe colour enhancing properties of it are going to be mild at best. I’m sure blondes or even white-haired people could use this daily without anyone actually noticing a change in their hair tone, that’s how mild it is.So while it’s pleasant enough to use, I think this product fades into nondescriptness in the crowded market of conditioners, a market that’s full of products that promise more than they deliver. Nothing wrong with it- but definitely nothing special.
