I bought this for my mother. It never worked, unfortunately she is in a memory care facility and they neglected to tell me it didn't work until it was past the allowable return date. I tried to trouble shoot it myself. The manual is a joke. On one page it says removing the bottom plate or battery voids the warranty and on the trouble shooting page it says try taking the battery out and replacing it, so that makes sense?? I tried to call the manufacturer customer service line it goes straight to voicemail. Tried sending a message and email, no reply. Amazon did eventually give me a partial refund, which is better than nothing. BUYER BEWARE!

This works fine while plugged into a power source, wall or car. Battery on last 90 minutes or so at level 5. the delivery of oxygen is done in small short bursts and takes some time to get accustomed to. While powered by your car it will draw down the enter map battery.

My wife has pulmonary fibrosis and must have oxygen to live. And so as she attempted to use this product her numbers plummeted immediately. We did not use it and instead took it to Rotech and ask them to check the output of the device they found it was only producing less then 50% oxygen, which is unacceptable. It is advertised on the Amazon page as producing 93%, which it does not. Not even close. The product is unused and I have the box it came in and I will pack it up and send it back. I checked the return policy before I purchased the item as it is expensive and it had no return requirements. Now, in the return information the seller must accept the return and inspect it. i'm sure they will find some reason to charge me something and claim it was used or something. I buy a lot of items from Amazon, but this was a big mistake. I don't think Amazon should be selling medical critical items like this as they are not a medical supplier and this item was not up to the advertised oxygen content or the medical requirment for devices like this one. We will see what happens and I will post again if I do not get my money back or might take some other action.

I ordered the portable oxygen concentrator twice, the first one worked so well for a reasonable price that when the battery stopped holding a good charge I bought the same one. However the second one was noisy and some of the lights didn't work, I contacted the company and they sent me a new one with no hassle!

Product didn't have a very long wife when you use it and they couldn't charge it when you were in the car it had to be charged the house so when you went out you plug it in but it wouldn't charge itself so I wasn't pleased with it just for the amount of time that it would hold a charge thank you

So far my husband has been out with this twice to go to town. He's Ran out of battery life after it's been plugged in during the drive. It won't charge while in Use or even maintain its current level. So honestly it's not worth the money. Keep shopping for something else. It's heavier then should be for a carry around tank. I do not recommend this unless this is all you can afford. It's better then nothing. Oh and bring the power cord with you every time you leave the house to recharge and you can't buy a back up battery either because the battery is an internal.

have it all the way to highest and it gives a small poof then stops then another small poof and stops. does not stay going without pausing air for a second.
