I use this primarily for belt squat, the chain probably is not going to hold more than 150kg. But for somebody squatting below that, you're fine. If you do want to go heavy, suggest swapping the chain and caribeners to something more substantial

Have been using this belt since the last 4 months and I must say it’s excellent. The belt has excellent support and the quality is great. I use it almost everyday with 40kgs for dips and it holds on to it very well and sturdy. I searched a lot of belts before finding this one and it was worth the search.

Very comfortable and sturdy design. Can load up weigh when doing dips and pull ups which allows for progressive overloading.

Its ok, the chain is definitely not heavy duty, maybe medium duty, and i cant see it holding a lot of weight for continuous use, its not very long either so more suited to kettlebell and tri grip weights, for heavier workloads i will probably use my own chain as i wouldn’t trust the one supplied. But should be fine up to 15kg, if the belt proves me wrong i will update this review. Also its very smelly, got that strong cheap rubber smell.

I plateaued with my pull ups so I wanted to try something new, this really helped a lot! Great quality product I use it about twice a week, no issues or signs of poor quality.

I'm about 39 inch waist with a bit of a gut, chain should be longer, it's not like you can't use the carabiners to shorten the drop of need be.

Although it open hangs and secures when weighted down, I found it a little less secure when used. Not the best
