the nutrition is great and is there, flavor and texture begs for some user mods
I tried this with my best non-dairy milk alternate which tastes like real milk, so I thought I could give the best review of what this might taste like with milk. I have to warn I am not an expert in overnight oats, so I do not necessarily know what is "normal" if you make all of this from scratch using a variety of types of oats. I added approx. 4 oz of notmilk and a packet of this overnight oats to a blender bottle because that was what the instructions directed. The packet had a bunch of pieces of oats and I did not really want them stuck in my blender bottle whisk ball, so I did not use the blender whisk. I shook the heck out of the mixture and put it in my fridge overnight. My experience tasting this is that it tasted fine. I saw the macros and nutrition before I ate and I noticed there is like no sugar, and there is a bunch of added protein. Noting that it is pretty good. I did not get weird stevia aftertaste or pea protein chalkiness. The flavor of the apple and cinnamon was just ok. I had the biggest issue dealing with the texture. All of the oats and the bag mixture seemed to have settled at the bottom of my shaker and they got a little cement-y texture whereas some of the milk rose like a foam to the top of the oats. For each bite I got an very low sweetness bite of milky apple-y foam and then dense oats. I do not know that it makes me long to eat more of these packets. I think my first step may be to try other, more flavorful non-dairy options. I prefer almond milk or flax milk and then I then might add some extra stevia, because for me this was not sweet enough. An alternate would be to add some fresh fruit, but that may impact the final nutrition of the breakfast. For those who care about the carb and sugar content, you may not be happy with that suggestion. I think fruit would make the oats taste more delectable and it would help add more consistent hydration to the oat mix.I will eat these again, but I am not really looking forward to it or planning another box. I think the need to add additional ingredients or fuss too much with sweetening it makes me feel like I might as well make my own oats from scratch. It was a good idea. On the upside I want to re-iterate the taste is not bad for a person who like oats and this is way healthier and lower in sugar than some of the overnight oats you will find pre-made at the grocery store, but it still may not be crave-able. Unfortunately if you don't /want/ it or if it is too much effort then it probably will not make it into rotation into your diet. Blender bottles are also a hassle to clean properly, so that is a consideration for me.

Tastes terrible
Ordered my 1st box of this product and it's terrible! The taste isn't good but my biggest complaint is that it contains seeds! I have trouble digesting seeds and can't eat it. So I've wasted my money. The ingredients should be listed more promenently on the box so consumers can read them.I'd like to get a refund, but since it's a food item it can't be returned. I contacted Diet Direct, but haven't received a response.

Threw it out
I have eaten the other wonderslim oatmeal and thought they were very good. But this overnight stuff was horrible. I threw out what I made and gave the rest away to another dieter to try.

They are okay
These are straight up average for me. They aren’t great, but they aren’t terrible either. The flavor is okay. I found them to be better if I added some things in. I like the protein content. Considering that I use whole milk, the protein of the oats and the milk definitely kept me feeling full way past lunch. And it didn’t have their weird protein powder aftertaste that I sometimes get. They are not quick (overnight oats take overnight), so some planning and preparation, so keep that in mind. For me, given that I have to plan in advance, the just okay flavor, and the cost, it’s not probably something I would regularly add to my meals.

Not a lot there, but it’s a nice flavor
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this. I’ve never made overnight oats before, and considering it is sugar free, I was thinking that it wouldn’t be for me. But the flavor is surprisingly good. It has just the right amount of sweetness and you can really taste the apple-cinnamon flavor. The added nuts and seeds make a regular old oatmeal fresh and new, with bits of crunch and texture. It is so easy to make. I add almond milk to mine. I add 2/3 instead of the suggested 1/2, do a little shake, and leave it in the fridge overnight. Then it’s all ready to go in the morning. So simple. However, it really doesn’t make very much. But, it sure does stick to your gut with all the protein in there.

High-protein oats
This is not a quick fix for early birds to get breakfast done, actually it has to be prepared overnight. However the higher percentage of protein and fiber in each serving makes this morning oats unique, creamy texture and great taste, also quite filling. This is a great way to start the day, would recommend it!
