I love this product! You don't need much and I have long hair. I even ordered the conditioner. My only concern is that I needed to leave customer service a message to say my package has a hole and leaked and was left out in the sun/rain even though I have a covered porch (definitely not something to do in Florida). I feel confident that I will get a response and a recovery of the product I love! Thanks Neutrogena - love your sunscreen too!

I was so happy when i saw Amazon sold this! This was the only shampoo/ conditioner that worked for me while deployed to iraq. The hard water over there had nothing in this! I love the smell and how soft it leaves my hair. I can no longer find this at wal mart or tragets near me. Thank God for Amazon!

Was disappointed that our local store stopped carrying this product. I use the Shampoo and Conditioner and it is just fantastic! Price is great and the smell is divine!! Had lots of compliments on the fragrance of my hair, plus it is always soft and shiny after drying.I hope Neutrogena never discontinues this product! Highly recommended. Just wish it came in bigger containers.

First time trying this moisturizing shampoo. Works well, smells nice, creamy lather. It IS very moisturizing. I found it to be a little too much when used in combination with the conditioner. My hair is thick and curly, and its hard to find the balance between cleansing and moisturizing. My own personal hair nirvana is this shampoo with a lighter conditioner.

Best shampoo/conditioner on the market. I have wirey dry hair and this does wonders for my hair although now i am buying from google express because the price for pantry shipping is insane. Amazon has taken away some of the value on the prime account by lumping bathroom items into the pantry category. Love it

Very soft hair! I have naturally medium wavy/curly hair, about mid-back length & colored. My hair tends to become very flat & somewhat oily looking with most super-moisturizing shampoos. This did not cause flat or oily results. Smells nice, is faint, "knock you out" heavy scent.

I always loved this product as a teenager when my hair was really damaged and could never find it again! Glad it popped up because I forgot how amazing it smells and makes my hair feel! Even when bleached blonde!

This feels a little heavy on my hair. I have to rinse for a long time and it still feels like it's on my hair. I don't notice a difference in my hair after using it. So I use it because I have it, but I don't see any benefits from it that other conditioners don't do.
