if this doesn't help beef up your core muscle I don't know what else, great product, no gel, just spray some water on the electrodes, a must have in your physical workout routine, it's powerful too

I wanna say this works, only because when I wear it, I can feel some type of stimulation like my muscles are contracting and looking at my stomach, I can see my stomach somewhat shifting and it looks funny but at the same time it looks like it's working?. I haven't seen an ab yet but I was told that I would still need to actually workout to get my abs (I'm being very sarcastic) so I'm a little bummed lol. Anyways, the band I can say is very comfortable and it's velcro (thank goodness), because not only does it fit me (XL), it fits the hubby (3XL) comfortably. The buttons are easy to control because there's only 3 to work with, which is plus, minus and the power button. I can't say that this will definitely give you abs, but I do know that if you haven't worked out your core in a very long time, this will definitely help kinda kick start that for you because it did that for me.

worked good for a week, then it got weaker and weaker until it stopped working after 6 weeks, i don't recommend this item, spend a little more and get something better

Instructions don’t specify what the levels do, how long to use the levels, or why it comes with a spray bottle? Diagram of the sensors doesn’t line up with what the product looks like. Neoprene is solid. Would be an ok product if the directions actually directed anything. Would not recommend.

I'm a sucker for fitness gimmicks, anything that doesn't actually involve seriously working out and I'm in. Don't get me wrong, when I go to the gym, I do the work but I don't like it.I like that this didn't require gel pads or conductivity gels, just water with the included spray bottle. You could feel the contractions but I'm not going to get a six pack from using this. I could have the most toned stomach in the world but you first have to peel off the layers of bodyfat so you can actually see them.You do feel it and if it helps on the days I don't go the gym then I won't feel as bad about missing the gym. Hey, I did something. I can wear it at my desk and it does help me sit up straight because I tense up at the pulses.
