Q: how long do you cook the grits?

The package says about 20 minutes. I usually boil my water then add my grits and cook about 15-20 minutes. The longer they cook the better they are. I have cooked them for as little as 10 minutes before but the 15-20 minute range worked better for me.

Q: Are these processed on dedicated equipment to actually be gluten free? I love grits, but the ones I can get at the store are cross-contaminated.

They are “truly “ gluten free and yummy.

Q: Are they made with GMO corn?

I have bought these grits multiple times. I am celiac and really am careful about what I eat. After understanding the GMO vs NON GMO, I no longer purchase them because I cannot find anywhere on the packaging that says they are non GMO which as a celiac is what I look for amongst the obvious gluten free labeling. I think the only way to know for sure would be to call the manufacturer but in my years of checking ingredients, I have found that if it is not posted on the packaging it should be assumed that this is not made with non gmo corn.

Q: Are these grits free from gluten contaminants?

Yes it’s gluten free but it was delivered to my home opened. So I never got to eat it but gluten free is what it said on the bag!!
