It smells so pretty and calming

I am terrible at describing how something smells, but when I opened and smelled this, I thought that it smells nice but old-fashioned. Then I went back and read how it evokes nostalgia and thought that might be a fair description. It is sweet smelling and not too strong when properly diffused. I am using it in an ultrasonic aroma diffuser and it works well. It's not my favorite scent but I do like it more than some of the other hotel scents.

I almost didn't order this oil because I wasn't quite sure about all of the scents listed. I have also never been to any Shangri-La hotel, so I had no idea what scent they put out in their hotels...until now. And I can tell you that now I definitely want to go to a Shangri-La hotel.The scent is soft yet powerful. It actually reminds me a lot of a body lotion (from a well known brand) that my mother has always used, so to me it's an incredibly comforting scent. Perhaps because I associate it with body lotion, to me it smells like a scent that would be best used in a bathroom or possibly a bedroom. It definitely gives me more of a spa vibe, so it's not a scent I would be likely to use in my kitchen, where I prefer fresh, clean, bright scents. This is definitely a richer, muted scent...it sounds silly, but if a scent could be described as creamy, that's how I'd describe it. It smells luxurious.It is worth noting that the oil comes out of the bottle FAST. I was trying it in a small diffuser first and carefully tipped the bottle to put two drops in my diffuser, but three drops came out in rapid succession. I added some more water to my diffuser to dilute it, but the scent was still a bit stronger than I'd prefer. I will say that I was impressed with how quickly and easily the scent filled my space, as this smaller diffuser usually doesn't put out scent that goes beyond the borders of the room it's in. So I would definitely start with just 1-2 drops of this oil to help dissipate the scent (I had to eventually turn my diffuser off due to how strong the scent was). But I do want to know that while the scent is strong and spreads throughout the space, it's in no way harsh or offensive.I wish I could describe the scent better - it's very unique. It's not floral, it's not citrusy, and while it's not musky, I would say it leans more towards a soft musk than it does floral, citrus, or woody. I think the scent is beautiful and I will absolutely recommend this blend to others.

It’s an excellent scent, or at least I like it quite a lot. I’ve put it in my diffuser a few times now and it does a good job of making my room smell much better. The scent does smell mostly woody, which I enjoy, and should not be too much of a surprise given the description. So, make sure you know what smells you are coming in for. I feel the price is also pretty reasonable compared to similar products I’ve seen. But, I am not too much of an essential oil expert. Also, I just really enjoy woody scents too. Last note: Scent is not overly powerful as well, its good and reasonably strong but does not overpower.5/5, strong recommend if you like woody scents

This has a really nice light scent. It not overly perfumey or cologney like many of te hotel blends I have tried. This has a nice light scent like a floral body powder. I love it.It doesn't throw off a ton of scent in my small diffuser but it is enough to lighten the fragrance in my area without being overpowering. Its just a shame that it is a bit pricey because this is the best of all the hotel scents that I have tried. I would recommend it, but maybe not at this price for a small bottle.

I have a few 'hotel' scented fragrances from various brands but this is my favorite so far.This smells much less chemically and similar to something you would in fact smell in a nice, high class hotel.The scent is not overpowering and doesn't cause me headaches like most do. It also has great longevity.The bottle is smaller (10ml, 1/3 oz) but it honestly smells divine. I have found you get what you pay for when it comes to essential oils and perfumes. You can get a large bottle for half the cost but the quality is nowhere near as good.It really only takes a few drops in the diffuser to make the house smell amazing.There are no artificial fragrances and states this is 100% pure which I believe.This is made in China but I have found 90% of my essential oils (good or bad) are made there whether printed on the label or not. I do appreciate the transparency.Overall a gorgeous scent and a brand I would order from again. It's nice to be able to have a lovely smelling house and be headache free.

I got this because I enjoy scents but am allergic to artificial ones. While this is made from essential oils, it unfortunately smelled a little like an artificial fragrance to me. It is non-GMO, cruelty free, and vegan. The ingredients listed on the bottle are: green grass, water, citrus, white tea, rose, sandalwood leaves and cedar.

This is a subtly fragranced oil with Rose and Cedar. It’s not overpowering, just a nice fragrance to add to an environment. It is easy to use, just a few drops to a diffuser and it will permeate the air. I am always looking for something new in a room fragrance that is easy to use, pleasant and lasts. This works for me!
