I habe only been using it for 1 week, so too soon to tell about benefits. However, i trust live conscious quality, I use their Collagen for years every morning in my coffee and see a huge difference in my hair, nails and skin. Colostrum is not supposed to be mixed in hot beverages, I use 1 scoop in the morning, I just scoop the powder in my mouth and chew it. It’s tasteless and i don’t mind the dry powder in my mouth. I will update in 30 days.

Yuck!
This is the second tub that I have purchased. It is terrible tasting! It’s supposed to be no flavor but there is definitely a gross flavor to it. It’s also yellow. The last tub before this one was a white powder. Is this even legitimately colostrum, I wonder? I wish I could return it as it was over $50 and it will be going into the trash because something is terribly wrong with it.
