These work great! But to be fair to other customers I feel it necessary to at least give out the small downside take it and leave it for its worth. Do they work? Great yes first and foremost they work great really quick to set up. You don’t have to be a genius and if you get a good product write out the box perfectly just boom! So here’s your downside can take a second or two longer to connect then I’d like if my camera goes off telling me that through my Alexa or my phone that there’s movement in whichever area I’ve set it up for me. It’s a backyard in front yard. I want to connect right away so I can see what’s going on sometime de takes a few seconds and in my opinion that’s a few seconds too long. Also there’s somewhat of a delay and with technologies is it is today there should be absolutely no delay, with it on the same network. Not having been said tweaking your settings like sensitivity your area to do not pick up movement. I believe they call them inactive zones. Definitely help with not getting full information. The night vision works great. The daytime works great. It is a beautiful product and the cost makes it much more pocket friendly than some of the competitors mounting it didn’t take much time at all. Couple of screws a small ladder so that you put it up where you want it all good it can store locally your clips and everything if you get a SD card and you have the sink two module if you pay the 10 bucks a month let’s be honest you’re not gonna get a security system for $10 a month monitor charge you’re just not it will store up to 100 devices or something like that or unlimited devices in the cloud and you can have it set to delete every 60 days now those are more bonuses. The battery life is a little iffy. It says it’s a two it’s two year battery life yada yada. Let’s be honest. I’ve only had mine for two weeks, but a friend of mine had his for a couple of years and he tells me that if you’ve got everything set the way you need to be set for your perfect your area. Maybe I had to turn your LED up or whatever you’re gonna see a little bit more drain on the battery life and he says he is honestly 3 to 6 months you can however, set it up to auto order batteries for you which is another nice feature along contact Amazon and have those batteries shipped right out to your house easy Peezy so again wow great product solid service. It works just works, but going into it knowing that there’s a couple of small issues that you might not like I did and I’m happy with it, but I read the reviews. I looked at what people said battery life‘s not great you know but it’s good for the value for your money. The motion detection is pretty good, but make sure you set up your inactive zones and you’ve got a high traffic area. Turn your sensitivity down a little bit you know just tinker with it until you find that sweet spot for your area and that’s all I have to say. I hope you enjoy the product. Does the job

Purchased blink 4 package and blink mini indoor at a ridiculous price on prime day. Amazed at ease of installation and quality of picture at this price.

I was almost fooled by the self-adhesive drill templates that they included: I found that I could not separate the sticky paper from the waxy guard and imagined this meant a poorly designed system. In the end I used transparent tape to position them where I was going to drill. This worked fine; but it felt like a bad start. Once I had the holes drilled I found everything else to be nearly perfect. For example, I like that these have the potential to position cameras further from the wall than the ones provided by Amazon with their Blink 4 cameras. I love how the plastic shrowds completely shield the cameras from rain - unless it is blowing horizontally in toward the front of the camera. I love how the cameras are secured with a clever snap-in square retainer piece. I love how you can loosen the ball joint, point the camera without applying pressure to the mounting, and tighten it. And it stays. I will admit that when I was unpacking my second tranche of Blink cameras I felt like kicking myself for having forgotten that the cameras ship with their own mounting systems and spending more to mount them; but when I started working with these I quickly changed my mind. These are highly functional, carefully thought out devices that are well executed. I wish to congratulate the design team on a nearly-perfect product.
