Unless these vary by flavor or variety, the packages I have, Performance Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix with Whey Protein, absolutely lists soy. At the very bottom of the Nutrient Facts label, it reads: "CONTAINS: WHEAT, EGG, MILK, SOY." The full ingredient list is: Unbleached What Flour, Whey Protein Concentrate (Whey Protein Concentrate, Lecithin), Evaporated Cane Juice, Vital Wheat Gluten, Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-GMO Corn Startch), Eggs, Salt, Natural Flavors.
