Bought this as a gift for my fiancée and it was a hit! Fun, engaging build with clever details that really capture the Mario vibe. A great set for both display and a relaxing, enjoyable build session. Very easy to follow instructions and the size and color match the other Lego Botanical sets perfectly. Legos will outlive us all as their durability is always top-tier.

When this product was announced, I knew I had to buy it. I did and I am not disappointed. After assembling the Piranha, I had so much fun playing with the mouth part. You can actually bite down on something with its large mouth. I placed some minifigures in its mouth just for fun. Also it comes with two round LEGO pieces that resembles Mario coins. The pot is actually a piggy bank with a latch at the bottom. Perfect for displaying or playing. It's very sturdy. The only issue I have with it is the ball-joint that connects the head to the stem. Its a little bit loose because of the weight of the head, so it hard to place the Piranha head facing directly upwards. It has a tendency of flopping downwards. Its just a minor issue. The overall built experience was fun. It comes with six bags of LEGO pieces, with the first four bags focused on building the pot and stem. Building the head was quick and easy.
