Really pleased with it value for the money looks great and goes where I want it to. feel’s very secure when on inclines. And bumping up and down off pavements. When it was delivered really pleased with the in-depth instructions I was given and looked impressive when brought off lorry, the driver was very helpful and made sure I had everything suited for my needs.

Excellent delivery service, ordered Sunday, delivered to my door Friday afternoon. The delivery driver demonstrated the various controls and the basics of the mobility scooter, indicators, lights, brakes etc. I’m impressed!

Only had it a couple of weeks but so far so good, the throttle is a little bit sensitive, plus I think I should have gone with the 4 wheeled version, easy to tip over and heavy at the back so too much throttle getting over something and you soon doing a wheelie. Down hill get ready to apply the brake, reached 20mph going downhill.

Lovely scooter in a vibrant colour, it feels really well made and is very robust. It will really make a difference to my mums life. It was delivered by Slawomir who was absolutely lovely. He was very helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. He kept us informed through the whole delivery process and really went the extra mile to ensure we were completely happy. He is a real credit to the company. I love the fact that Velobike use their own delivery service. The scooter was very well protected and arrived pristine. All in all, we are delighted

I'm really having a nightmare these days because of this option I bought, it turns out that the factory didn't finish building it well, and they forgot to screw some parts, and I had a great miracle that I wasn't killed on my travels, because one day it was discovered that the wheel was completely loose, for a whole week I've been begging them to come fix it . Or can replace the motorcycle, and they try to threaten me that I will have to pay for the repair because it doesn't appear to them that it happened by itself, and they are also delayed in getting to me, and all this after I have a full warranty on the motorcycle, and I am really in dire straits because I don't go shopping without the motorcycle . . A real nightmare.

Late delivery,then found to be faulty and difficult to organise repair!! OK now but not a good experience !
