Very good

I used this paste to flavour creme patissiere for a cake and in making praline ice cream. In both cases this worked very well with the past incorporating well and giving a nice flavour. I've knocked off one star as I find the price a little on the high side.

Doesn't taste like praline, taste like nuttela, very sweet, not worth the money.

Good quality and smaller quantity than the last tub I bought. It was helpful to buy a smaller tub so that it gets used as it would other wise sit in the cupboard for a while. My only niggle is it was more expensive than the larger tub.

Very good and pasty, one thing though to be careful with, the delivery box was all soaked in vegetable oil around the pot, so I wonder if the plastic they used for the container is good enough to retain the oil used in the praline paste itself..

The item came with a (P) picking date but no best before date which is illegal, had to get refund on item as would not risk not knowing the durabilty of this product. Hopefully be fixed in the future

overpriced for what it is,

Je savais bien que c’était cette marque que je devais prendre ( car c’est celle qu’utiliser un grand chef chez qui j’ai pu faire une formation de pâtisserie )mais son prix m’avait toujours freiner et je me suis tourné vers une autre marque moins cher ou lorsque j’avais plus de temps, au fait maison mais le rendu était passable. Cette fois je me suis laissé tenter et je n’aurais pas dû je crois car c’est tellement bon qu’on deviendrait addict , plus envie de passer du temps à torréfier et broyer pour un résultat moyen . Sa texture lisse et épaisse sans être dure ce qui permet de la mélanger sans soucis à n’importe quelle crème . Maintenant il ne me reste que de lui trouver une bonne cachette en cuisine loin des yeux et des tentations !

Tout est parfait (sauf le prix élevé) mais bon, c' est Vahlrona, la référence en matière de top qualité pour ses produits pâtissiers. Équilibre parfait des fruits à coque (amande & noisette) et du caramel juste bien torréfié comme il faut .Quant au conchage, on ne peut obtenir mieux : c' est d' un lissé ! Je ne devrais pas mais je le mange tel quel, une cuillère par ci, une cuillère par là. Les paris-brest attendront que j' entame la deuxième boite.

Il pacco è arrivato con fuoriuscita di sostanza oleosa dal barattolo sull'imballo interno. Siamo stati rassicurati dal servizio clienti sull'integrità del prodotto e sul fatto che è normale che fuoriesca del liquido, ma non si fa così. Il barattolo è di plastica non rigida senza alcuna pellicola protettiva tra il prodotto e il coperchio. Dato che altre recensioni sono negative per lo stesso motivo, magari rivedere la confezione non sarebbe una cattiva idea
