I purchased the item it came on time, but for some reason didn't work. I contacted the customer support staff and they replied within the first few hours, and sent over a brand new device. The device works perfectly, fingerprint was easy to install, the passcode was easy to set and most importantly, the customer support along the way was top tier.

It’s a great safe. Very sturdy and works well. Just to large for what I need. I have ordered the smaller size.

I really like the quality of this safe. The fingerprint scanner works very well I’ve had another brand that would never work with the scanner, but this one works every time. I like that it has a code and key to open it as well for backups. It’s easy to clip to something solid so it can’t be stolen, and fits nicely under a car seat. The company is very good to work with if you should have a warranty issue. They reply quickly and are very helpful with any issue that might arise. It has excellent quality, especially in this price range.

Very nice and reliable for the price. Not the thickest material but not ment to be inpenetrable.

Super fast and easy to set up! Both my husband and I have our finger prints programmed as well as a safety code. Love that it has a charger, backup batteries, a key and thumbprint access for entry in case the power is drained or the batteries die. It is sturdy and has a decent amount of space inside as well. Love that it has a light and that you can turn OFF the beeping for the buttons so that you can quietly access things. Love how quickly its able to open for easy access and safe from anyone who shouldn't be in it!

This is a good quality light duty gun safe offering quick access when required. I view it as a reliable way to deter unauthorized access to my weapon, primarily by my grandchildren, great grandchildren and children of our friends when in our home without restricting our access in an emergency.
