I’ve been using this product for about a year and I absolutely love it. First off it doesn’t leave my mouth blue so huge bonus right out of the gate. I notice a little more energy and more focus. I do take medication for adhd but don’t want to increase the dosage and hope to eventually titrate down and get off of that. I also take an antidepressant and have not had any adverse side effects. I work outside and have always had trouble staying properly hydrated. This caused me to get frequent urinary tract infections. Taking this product has helped prevent that. I’m not completely sure if it is from the antibacterial and antimicrobial properties or if I am just more aware of my hydration levels because of whatever shade of blue/green urine I have throughout the day. I knew what methylene blue was because I grew up on a small farm. We used it for hoof problems and other ailments. I eventually became a traditional medical provider. Methylene blue showed up again in a prescription medicated patch that healed serious foot ulcers in people. Hmmm. Then a patient with an apparently long haul illness told me she had been prescribed methylene blue by a naturopath and was feeling much better. Hmmm again. I am deeply interested in longevity and in recent reading I came across methylene blue once more: as a longevity protector. I bought Blue Boost but didn’t take it right away…I wanted to be entirely certain that I knew side effects and drug interactions that could arise. Update: I took a full bottle of this Nutricel product and was thrilled with it. Then, being thrifty, I decided to try a less expensive form of methylene blue, a liquid. It had almost no effect, and clearly minimal absorption. Now I am back buying more of the Nutricel -- it is better absorbed. I felt better, my body worked better while taking Nutricel. Love it.

I started taking methylene blue about 2 months ago and I cannot even begin to tell you how much it has positively affected my life. But the two biggest and most noticeable changes are a balanced metabolism and more energy late in the afternoon. Initially I bought liquid methylene blue but dealing with the blue dye and not to mention the fact that it isn't the best taste ever, I decided to go this route and so far the only disadvantage to these pills is a mildly bad flavored burps after they have begun to dissolve in your stomach. I was skeptical at first because unlike the liquid methylene blue, these pills are as brown as cardboard and I was skeptical but having taken a capsule apart to see for myself, it instantly turned into blue dye when mixed with water and now I have a certainty that this is in fact what I needed. By the 20th day, I saw results that were unbelievable and I stand behind this supplement 100%. It is worth whatever money they want to charge for it I assure you. But don't do like I did and accidentally run out because I noticed almost immediately that my body was going back to how it felt before I had started taking it because it lapsed. I won't make that mistake again and let myself run out.
