He loves it!
Our hamster has several little hide out houses but this one seems to be his favorite. The ceramic is great because he doesn’t chew on it and it stays looking nice. The color is spot on too.

Needs to be bigger and it would be 5 stars!
So these are AWESOME for smaller hamsters and just 'okay' for larger ones. We have 8 different hamsters here. These are the best so far, heavy weight and they don't fall over like other brands. They are smaller for larger hamsters though, where the water could be a bigger bottle and same for the hideout. Our hamster barely fits and chooses not to use it for anything else. I think if they were a bit bigger or even elongated a bit like a longer tunnel with a bigger "opening" to have a larger hideout it would work super well for larger hamsters. They should come in small and large, hopefully for the future!

It is ok
The water bottle is a little smaller than I anticipated and there’s no way my hamster will fit underneath but it’s a nice way to combine the food and water without taking up too much space

Good container for water bottle
It keeps the bottle steady and prevents dripping.

Love This!
I'm actually using this feeding station for a bird with some special care needs instead of a hamster. It's perfect for his needs! He's a black headed caique, so about 6 inches tall. There's no way he can fit his whole body into the hideout, but it's great for putting some of his favorite foods. I think it would also work well for foraging purposes, maybe shredded paper with bits of food hidden. The dish part isn't quite as deep as I thought it would be, but serves its purpose just fine. The ceramic feels like it's good quality, and it's heavy enough that it would take a critter a lot bigger than my bird to knock it over.I love the tiny water bottles. They're only 2 or 3 inches tall and easily fits in the palm of my hand. Some people might think that's too small, but how much does a hamster or bird drink in a day? Since they should be washed or rinsed every day anyway, it's fine. Instead of a screw-on spout, these have like a rubber plug in the end of the bottle. The spout is not firmly attached to the plug and may come out as you're removing the plug. This could become a problem over time, but so far so good. The bottles themselves are a softer plastic than most of the other bottles I'm used to. This isn't a problem unless you keep them where they could easily be chewed, and have a critter that likes to chew on absolutely everything. My bird's vision appears to be less than perfect (after a long illness and some scary med side effects), and he's not able/willing to drink out of a dish anymore. He's learned how to drink out of hamster water bottles, but he doesn't seem to be able to easily find the spout in his cage. This feeding station takes care of that. He can easily find the whole thing, and from there he knows where the water bottle spout is. Once he totally decides it's safe and that he likes it (work in progress, a lot of parrots are afraid of new things for a while), I'll likely order more of these so he can find his food and water no matter where he is.
