Only just got the Professional and tried it once and it seems to be very good quality and simple instructions. Plug it in and the timer starts for you and shuts off when your time is up. I'll do it every other day and see what happens. It's very well made and fits very well and comfortable, you'll forget it's there.

En un nombre très limité d'échange le problème était soumis et le lendemain iRestore m'a contacté pour me dire qu'on allait m'envoyer un nouveau casque. Le service à la cliente est VRAIMENT exceptionnel, rapide et extrèmement efficace et ils honorent leur garantie.

The customer service from iRestore is simply best I've experienced. Ive only had the helmet for about two weeks, so it is too early to review the product itself (although I plan to share updates of the hair growth journey), but I wanted to comment on my purchase experience. The iRestore team quickly sent me larger foam pads when I mentioned the helmet was slightly too big. I appreciate that I can easily get ahold of a real person rather than AI. The helmet itself is comfortable on, even better since adjusting the pads, and the cord is very long. This was definitely a splurge, but as someone who has lost half their density of hair, I was desperate and do feel very hopeful that this will help after researching my options. My hair hasn't stopped shedding yet, but I have noticed the fallout is less since consistently doing the 25 minute sessions.

I have only used this product for a couple of weeks so far but find it comfortable and convenient to use. I set a repeat alarm on my iPhone to remind me to use it every other evening. I did not purchase the battery as I have an outlet by my chair and since I use it in the evening while watching tv I find this convenient enough. It fit well right out of the box so I did not have to use different foam pads to change the fit. It will take a few months to see how effective it will be for me but so far I am happy with my purchase.

This red light therapy professional helmet is made well. Easy to use with the simple buttons on remote to operate. I’m happy to say it’s soft and comfortable while using. I’ve used it every other day as recommended. It’s only been a total of 4x using, but here’s what I’ve noticed so far. I’ve had a lot of hair fall out prior to using this device which was already scary for me. I was a little concerned as the company says possible hair shedding as the weak hair comes out and stronger hair will grow. It made sense to me. Today I’ve noticed a significant improvement of hair shedding than prior to using this device and fuller hair at the crown. I was super happy not to see so much hair coming out from my head. I will continue to use and I’m sure I will be back to update on my hair experience at month six. Maybe 5 stars?!?! TBD. Also I know it a pricey device, however the company offers a money back guarantee if you don’t see or have improvements with your journey. A win win imo.
