Q: I bought this creeper a few months ago. Two of the casters are broken and need to be replace. Where can I get parts?

Harbor Freight has a very good selection of casters. You can most likely find replacements there.

I don't know the specs of the 91000 but with the 91452, I do like being able to switch to a low seat or stool quickly but this is a very heavy creaper and is about 3-4 inches tall.
