Quality and clean ingredients. Food was delicious. Easy and quick. Not really spicy.

Good portion sizes. Delicious.

Now; I understand that it might be a challenge to add dairy products to the packets--and I really don't want it turning rancid (nor do I want the manufacturer to change a thing), but I thought it was hilarious that it's being billed as "vegan." (Spice mixes are all vegan until you start cooking with them).It's missing the buttery component that makes butter chicken BUTTER CHICKEN. I also have trouble believing that this simmer sauce would work anywhere near as well with tofu or fake meat products as with actual chicken.But I'm still giving it five stars: the flavor is good if it's used properly, and the simmer sauce portions are adequate to the task and give a nice flavor. The quality of the ingredients (and the small, but very nice list of what's in the mix) really impressed me, as well as the ease of use.Cooking suggestion: this sauce works well for cooking in a crockpot.Be advised that the sauce, used properly, is mild as to spiciness, but also has a somewhat bitter (but not wholly unpleasant) flavor/aftertaste from the spices. Use yogurt or ghee to mellow that out, and your preferred amount of chicken (I stretched this for a bag of boneless skinless frozen chicken breasts), and I think you'll like it a lot.I also added some Sriracha sauce for more zip. It smelled awesome while it was cooking, and tasted amazing when it was done.

Really delicious! Not overly salty like some prepared foods/sauces. I would definitely buy again.

I made good use of these sauces. A can of chickpeas came to life in minutes in the Vindaloo Curry Sauce. The Butter Chicken made a second meal from a rotisserie chicken.Tasty and easy with character.

Made of food ingredients and tastes good too.

Chopped up a bunch of leftover vegetables along with a diced chicken breast, fried in a little oil and tossed in the sauce packet. Nuked a 90 second pouch of basmati rice and bam: a 5 minute delicious dinner for two. Economical with 0 leftovers.
