Great educational but fun toy
Who doesn't enjoy watching the journey of a marble through a marble run? This toy is bright and colourful and easy for small hands to connect/disconnect the pieces. It is a great fun but educational toy in that the child has to think about the process of getting a marble from the top of the construction to the bottom in one smooth journey. With many pieces this will provide hours of entertainment and fun as the child can break down and reconstruct the run in different ways. And...it doesn't need batteries!! Good old fashioned fun activity.

Both Good and Bad
About 18 months ago I bought a LOYO Glowing Marble Run, 132pcs Marble Run Toy its a great thing and has many options when building it. When I saw this on the Vine Programme my first thought was it looked very similar in design to that first Marble Run. The great news is they are totally compatible which means I now have even more options to amuse visitors and myself. At a price of £6.50 at the time of this review I would say the price is very good even though the quality of this is not as good as the larger run but that costs a lot more (roughly £30).Now the not so good, if you want a Marble Run to amuse kids this is quite frankly just too small, there are not enough bits to keep anyone interested . I really feel this is great as an add on, but not as a stand alone so 4 starsThe picture is just a small run to show that the two runs are compatible.

Fun toy but small and flimsy
A bit flimsy and not as easy to put together as would expect. This is a fun toy once assembled, although there are not may parts to it so will have to buy an extension set to make it more fun and the enjoyment last longer.

Lovely toy providing lots of entertainment
This marble run is exciting to create and is fascinating for children to watch as you get plenty of balls included and it's so much fun watching them all running at once...The quality is surprisingly good for the price, and I love that the balls are plastic and not like regular marbles. The balls are also slightly bigger than standard size.Having said that, I would be cautious having this in a house with babies as the balls are a choking hazard. It is easy to create lots of different versions of marble runs, which allows children to use their creative side.

good set
It comes with a variety of colourful blocks that can be assembled in countless ways to create exciting marble runs. The set includes a good number of blocks and marbles, providing plenty of opportunities for experimentation. While the blocks can be a bit fiddly to connect at times, the satisfaction of seeing the marbles whizzing through the completed track is well worth the effort.

Low price, but the green spinner is not working well
This marble run is very easy to assembly and doesn't have too much pieces. There are 16 colourful balls that are pretty good in size. The marble run building blocks fit well together, but some parts like the green spinner don't spin when the ball moves around them.Otherwise the toy is great and my kid likes to play with it.Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.

Good value
I ordered this on a whim as our now adult children had similar sets growing up. To start with I was a bit disappointed as how few pieces there are BUT actually it works out really well. The big yellow dish which enables the balls to spin many times before disappearing down the hole, is especially effective. Great play value!

For Young Children Only (3-6)
I loved marble run toys when I was a young child, and I knew my youngest would like this one. However, the pieces are larger and not as intricate as the toys I had as a kid. As such, I’d say this is more appropriately suited for younger children, ages 3 to 6, rather than the 6-10 age range suggested in the listing title. The set arrives neatly packaged in a small box containing over 50 pieces and 16 plastic marbles. They’re much lighter and not as nice as real marbles, but they are quieter. The pieces snap together securely and stay put during play. However, the imbalance between the number of run pieces and marbles is noticeable, somewhat limiting the construction possibilities, and thus playtime. It may be sufficient for younger children, but it might be too simple for older children (5+) to hold their attention for long. While the set can be expanded by purchasing additional pieces, this initial kit leans more towards being a basic introduction to marble runs rather than a challenging building experience. Younger children will likely find joy in the simple rolling of marbles through the structures they create, while older kids (5-6) might yearn for more intricate design options.Final Thoughts:The Marble Run Building Blocks Set is a good educational toy for developing fine motor skills and encouraging imaginative play. However, its real charm and suitability lie with the younger kids. It's a great starter kit for those just beginning to explore the wonders of building and cause-effect relationships, rather than older children who are likely looking for more complexity and challenge from a STEM toy.

A great building set that creates a fun marble run toy. Well made!!
I ordered this marble run set for a child who loves to build. The nice thing about these marble run sets is not only can they build but once you have finished building you have a fun toy they can play with. The marble run set arrived very well packaged in a giftable box. There are more than 50 pieces included with 16 marbles. The pieces are very solid and snap together well. Once snapped together they hold tight. There are suggestions as to how to assemble this but the nice thing about these marble run sets is that a child can use their imagination to create any design that they want to.The other nice thing is that other sets can be purchased to combine with this initial starter set to create much more elaborate structures. This type of building set keeps a child's attention longer than just a plain building set since they have a cool toy when they are finished.I do recommend these. They are well made and a great educational toy.

Fun and engaging toy that will help kids develop their cognition and motor skills.
My kids used to love playing this at their library when they were young. I got this for them and they were happy to recall memories. This is an engaging and educational toy for very young kids. This set has some 53 building pieces and balls. The assembly is easy and it can be assembled in a very short time. So this is more for little kids maybe 5, or 6 years old as it is too simple for older kids and they would get bored easily. This marble run will develop creativity and imagination where kids will use their imagination to create designs and structures, which helps to develop their creativity. It will also help develop their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. This toy will foster problem-solving skills in kids. The building blocks allow kids to design and build their marble tracks in various designs, encouraging experimentation and critical thinking. The balls add an element of excitement and motion, as children can watch the marbles race through the tracks they've built adding entertainment as well as learning.Overall, a fun a engaging toy for kids that is offered at a very reasonable price. Recommended!

Not a good toy.
This toy has got to be the most annoying ever. It was a bit tedious to assemble. The run is limited to what it's designed to be and it's very small. They provide a lot of plastic "marbles", which is pretty pointless because the run is so small. The pieces are all made of plastic, don't fit together properly and falls over and breaks super easily. This toy is just a ticking time bomb for my autistic son. I had to distract him and take it away because it was triggering him so bad. Not a good toy and I do not recommend it.

Fun science and education toy
My kids loved these when they were little, and i ordered this for a grandchild. It's a nice little set. The box total for number of pieces might be a little deceiving, since a good number of the count is taken up by the little balls that you use for the marble run itself. However, I'm not disappointed, since the contents are otherwise exactly what's shown in the Product Description and the box cover. The toy is sturdily built. I'd consider it a beginner set, because of course with a set number of pieces there are only so many combinations and arrangements. But this is a nice kit for starting a kid off with this kind of construction toy.I do like the quality, and would not hesitate to give this as a gift. Recommended!
