Q: How’s the cable management?

The extra depth and removable cable-access panels on both the top and bottom of the RK4236BKB provide easy access for cable management. Brandon, StarTech.com Support

Q: Are the mounting screws included?

There are some included but you may have to purchase more depending on the quantity of gear you are installing into the rack. I usually have 10 items in these racks and its more than enough to cover what I install.

Q: Does this rack work for tower cases?

Q: Will i be able to take apart the 42u rack to take it up a 24" staircase

I believe it comes unassembled. The side panels are like 1/2 sheet of plywood.
