It's heavy af. As someone with a weak immunity, I can't carry this around with me. I needed a keyboard that I could bring up and down stairs with me. It worked perfectly 🤷🏾 It was nice that it turned the screen on when closed or attached. The pairing was instant with the magnets. I could Bluetooth to other things. It had a decent range. I liked how it tilted the screen. I didn't have it long enough to comment on the battery life. I loved the color options. I like when everything is black and cohesive. The feel was great because it felt luxurious. The size was just too heavy for me, personally. If you're used to carrying a laptop everywhere anyway, this is a great addition to Samsung Ultra tablets.

I have been using this keyboard case with my S10 Ultra tablet for 7 months now. It has worked so well for me that I rarely ever take my laptop with me anywhere anymore. The case does add quite a bit of weight to the tablet, but if feels solid and secure. The keyboard attachment to the tablet could use slightly stronger magnets, but I have not had any real issues with it coming off. The slot in the back is deep enough to keep the S-Pen from being easily knocked off the tablet. The keyboard holds a charge for what seems like forever. I rarely turn it off (it has an auto power saving mode), and I only recall having to charge it a couple of times over the past 7 months. Finally, I was very impressed with the customer service. I had a button pop off of the keyboard while I was on a business trip. I believe it happened on an airplane when I removed the keyboard and slid it into my bag so I could use the tablet without the keyboard. I can't think of any other time that it could have happened. Either way, I reached out to Dexnor via the chat interface on their website. I explained the problem, provided them a photo and a screenshot of my order, and they are sending me a replacement at no cost. The person who helped me was very friendly and reiterated how they stand by their products. I believe it. I endorse this keyboard case for the S10 Ultra.

Keyboard felt good, had the Dex key, Magnetic connection to tablet was not the best, but held in place while typing. Top edge of keyboard did not want to stay tight against the tablet while closed. Flopped loose a lot. Did not like that. Keyboard also needed to be charged separately. However, you can use the keyboard without being magnetically attached. This Dexnor keyboard case offers a sleek and reliable magnetic connection and protects my Samsung Galaxy tablet well. The keyboard is comfortable and typing feels pretty good overall, and the mouse pad works much better than I expected. Attaching and detaching the case is easy, making it convenient for on the go use. Connecting the bluetooth keyboard was easy, I had no problems. That said, it does add some noticeable weight to the tablet, which might be a consideration if you prefer lightweight setups. I also wish it included a pen guard to keep the stylus secure, right now, the pen can easily fall off while you’re out and about. I haven’t tried the official Samsung keyboard, but this one is about half the cost and suits my needs perfectly. Overall, a good value accessory that balances functionality and protection.

The case its self has good build quality. Its sturdy, a bit heavier than I'd like. Keyboard is pretty good, have no problems with it at all. The keyboard and track pad operate over bluetooth so just keep that in mind. You will need to charge the keyboard separately. The track pad is pretty terrible though. It doesn't feel all that great to slide your finger around it. I've also just had it straight up not detect movement and taps sometimes. I think the worst part of the track pad is that it seems to not move the cursor at the tab's 120Hz refresh rate in regular One UI and in Dex. It may be a poll rate issue, I'm not entirely sure, but the cursor looks as if it is moving at what looks like 60Hz only when using the track pad. I connected a mouse to my tab and the cursor moves smooth like butter. Tried connecting it to my old Tab S8+ and had the same issue as well. It's a little annoying seeing the cursor move so choppily when the rest of the system is run at 120hz. You can remedy this by just locking the refresh rate to 60hz in the Settings app if your fine with that. If you buy this case do yourself a favor and just get a mouse. I would only use the track pad is I absolutely had to. If anything makes me return the case it'll be the track pad but the rest of it seems good to me.

Garbage. Dexnor customer service is non existent, they are absolutely the worst company to interact with if you have any issues. Scam company and scam products. Will never ever purchase another Dexnor product again. Heavy, cheaply made, bad customer service. Does not use DEX. Misleading advertisement.

This keyboard case works flawlessly in every functional way—typing feel, connectivity, and protection are all excellent. I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could, but since that’s not an option, I’m rounding up to 5. The half-star deduction is entirely due to my own high standards for keeping my tech spotless: the touchpad developed a faint scratch during my regular cleaning routine with a microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol. For most users, this is a non-issue, but if you're meticulous about maintaining a pristine finish, it's worth noting that the surface may not be immune to very careful cleaning.

I absolutely love this cover and keyboard! Best one so far!

I get frustrated with on screen keyboard popping up when I'm moving about a spreadsheet. I'm a two finger typist and was happy to see the world catch up to me, but there are times when I just want to type. There is a track pad which I haven't used much, and a LOT of key combinations (ctrl, Fn, etc) to provide shortcuts. I've tried a few keyboards over the past 20 years, this one features everything I've ever wanted plus a very solid screen cover. I happy.

Its even heavier than my thinkpad workstation 😕😕 But for dex its amazing keyboard

La funda es buena, es robusta, algo pesada pero funciona bien , la parte trasera se une a la tablet sin problema, el teclado también se une muy fácilmente, la batería del teclado le dura muuuucho tiempo, llevo mas de 3 meses con ella, la uso consta te para clases en línea y no lo he cargado una sola vez, el bluetooth del teclado funciona perfecto y se puede trabajar muy bien con el teclado separado de la base, creo que los únicos detalles que podría mencionar es que no protege lo suficiente las esquinas de la tablet, ni el s pen ya que queda expuesto, y el mouse pad tiene cierto lag y no es tan preciso como me gustaría (aunque se entiende ya que no es una laptop), pero en general super bien, si la recomendaría.
