My aquarium critters love it!
I recently tried Invert Aquatics Micro Mix, and I must say, it has quickly become a staple in my aquarium routine! This sinking blended diet is specially formulated for snails, shrimp, and bottom-feeding fish, and it certainly lives up to its promise of providing a nutritious and balanced meal. Upon introducing the Micro Mix to my tank, I was impressed by how quickly my shrimp and snails gravitated toward the pellets. The variety of sizes and shapes makes it easy for all my aquatic friends to find something suitable to nibble on. Watching my shrimp actively pick at the mix is a delight, and it’s clear they truly enjoy the taste! One of the standout features of this product is its high-quality ingredient profile. The Micro Mix is packed with essential nutrients, including spirulina and various algae, which not only support the health and vitality of my pets but also boost their natural colors. I’ve noticed an increase in activity levels since I began feeding them this diet, and my snails appear to be thriving as well. The sinking nature of this blend ensures that it reaches all the bottom dwellers in my aquarium, which is a significant advantage, especially for species that may miss out on surface feeding. Plus, I appreciate that the pellets don’t disintegrate rapidly, allowing my pets to take their time enjoying their meal without creating excess waste in the tank. Additionally, the resealable packaging is a plus—it keeps the product fresh and easy to store. The portion size is just right, making it convenient for regular feeding without worrying about overdoing it. Overall, I highly recommend Invert Aquatics Micro Mix for anyone with snails, shrimp, or bottom-feeding fish. It’s a fantastic product that delivers on nutrition, enjoyment, and overall health for my aquatic pets. If you're looking for a reliable and diverse food option for your underwater companions, this sinking blended diet is definitely worth trying!

Snail's favorite snacks
All time favorite for my snails and bottom feeders. It will make their poop green though 😂 No noticable difference in shell health but I ran out quickly so probably wasn't enough time for improvement

Tasty! (I think)
Great for my shrimp, snails and Cory’s. I drop one in the tank and I see them all rushing to it lol

Nice.
My snails and shrimp love the small little pellets, but don’t touch the bigger blue ones. Neither did my Cory’s. Doesn’t make the water murky and sinks fast though!

Get it!!
Beautiful work! My shrimp and fish love it! The tiny pellets make all the shrimp zoom and the algae pellets are beautiful, two for a day and they will eat it for hours!

My Mystery Snails Wouldn't Touch It. Shrimp Ate It.
My mystery snails didn't even bother looking at it, and it was the only food in the tank so they didn't have any other choices (they were in a quarantine tank at the time). The food just dissolved into a mess of goop on the sand. I put some in one of my tanks with amano shrimp, and I did see one of the shrimp going for it, so that's something. For snails, I recommend just making your own snell-o. There are tons of YouTube videos on it, and it's super easy. I make the kind using agar powder instead of gelatin, and it sets up super great. My snails love it.

Snails grow like crazy
This product is fabulous. When I got my snails… (one per tank) I asked about feeding them and I quote “nah, you don’t gotta feed em. They just eat whatever they can find in the tank”. WRONG! I’ve had them 2 months and they have tripled in size. Big Bertha is our favorite. Every time my hubby passes the tank he says “has she grown just since yesterday?” She immediately jumps on these wafers. I have since made the mistake of wondering “Will Bertha and Bubba breed?”. Yes they will. She has laid 6 nests from one breeding (4-5 days apart). Three have hatched out, still waiting on the other three. But these baby “popcorn kernels” love this food also. And they are growing and healthy and beautiful. The wafers and pellets both sink immediately and don’t foul or cloud the water. I check the water weekly and have never had to do a water change in any of my tanks. Whatever the snails don’t eat, the fish clean up the dissolved remnants. I keep Berth and her popcorn kernels in the nursery tank with 2 gravid (pregnant) guppies and they are healthy and awaiting birth any day now. About 100 baby snails can validate this food as well as about another 100-150 to come. Anyone need a snail? LOL
