These inserts are the perfect fit for the liquid kits. The provide great suction and the silicone is so so much for comfortable than the hard plastic in traditional flanges. My output is the same as the spectra when I use these with my portable pump. 10/10 highly recommend!

The flange insert does fit on the Legendairy Duette, but does not perform the same way. While I got suction with my pump, it did not squeeze in the same way the original flange inserts does. It also has a smaller fit so it comes off the edges of the flange easier. It is usable for those of us that are too small for the 21mm, but it is not an exact replacement.

Had to squeeze the duckbill part on first use so the milk would pass through but other than that these are perfect! No issues with it at all! The tab makes it 10x easier to take off and clean than the brand name inserts

These silicone inserts worked perfectly for my Pumpables flanges. However, they are almost double the price of the Pumpables liquid kits. Unless you need 2 day Prime shipping, I would just order from the Pumpables site (where you can also use affiliate promo codes).

I got these to try with my Duette pump from Legendairy because they don’t make smaller than 21 silicone cushions. My fingers were crossed that these would fit, and they do!! I’m so excited. They work great, are comfortable and come at a decent price. Will order again.

I switch between using a 15 and 17mm flange, I got the 17 thinking it would be perfect, but it runs a bit bigger. Idaho jones customer service is excellent and when I reached out, they let me know their 15mm is still in development and offered to send me a regular 15mm flange insert at no cost. So even though I didn’t get the exact item, I’m happy they are so receptive to their customers.
