I bought this ear wax removal tool for my husband who has always had horrible ear wax buildup. He was so excited when it got delivered a few days after I ordered it. It worked great, he said his ears feel so much better and so much cleaner. The tool and accessories were very easy to clean and very easy to store away when not using the product. I'd give ten stars if I could. I highly recommend purchasing this product!

Doesn’t do anything by itself besides flush water in your ear. In order to see anything removed I still need to utilize wax removal products to soften it up first.

This handheld was super easy to set up, uses USB-C to charge, and tells you the water temp so you don't inadvertently blast cold or scalding water against your eardrum. It says it’s IPX67 rated so I’ve been using it in the shower w/ no trouble as of writing this review. When you’re done, you can remove the water tank and wash and dry which is helpful. All in all, if you’re in the market for one of these, this one comes as advertised and gets the job done.

The four pressure settings, which are supposed to offer a customizable and gentle cleaning experience, are nothing short of a gimmick. In reality, they seem to make little to no difference in the effectiveness of the ear cleaning process. The tool's performance is lackluster at best, leaving me questioning the purpose of the various pressure options.The build quality is questionable, with the materials feeling substandard and likely to break with minimal use. The device is also excessively noisy, creating an unpleasant and disruptive experience during use.

Got this for my son by recommendation of doctor for his excessive earwax. It works great, it's easy to use, so he can do it himself after a shower. Before his ears would clog up and with this he hasn't had any problems. Good buy!

Ok this might be 5 star for you. For me it doesn't feel like it's getting all the way back there. The build quality is excellent I just don't feel like it's that much better then the squeeze bulb. This is a luxury item if you have disposable money it's a nice little extra. I like it ....... but not really necessary doesn't clean any better

I've had a real issue with earwax build-up in my left ear, making it hard to hear, like having an earplug in. Q-tips just made it worse. But using this earwax cleaner was a revelation. After putting some mineral oil in my ear and using the cleaner with warm water, a HUGE chunk of wax came out. It was pretty gross to see, but wow, I can hear so much better now. This thing really works!

I used warm water & scared myself when I used it to clean my ears. I keep my ears pretty clean so the product didn't work for me. I love that it came with a water catcher to get the water that comes back out of the ear & extra parts.
