Chest Pump
This device gives me the greatest pump and stretch on my chest exercises and back also. Great addition to my workout routine. My chest went from flat to full.

Best gym investment
An absolute must for your bench or machine. The videos don’t lie, it hurts that much. Only problem I have run into is that the strap is ripping the seam open. It’s going to have to be wrapped in gorilla tape. The pad is hard and supportive and very good quality. Best workouts I’ve had in years. Spend the money and hit the muscles youve been meaning too with lighter weight and greater concentration.

Great product!
Really helps me to be able to focus my concentration on my upper pec region and reduce the front delt involvement.

Tall Guys: PLEASE READ!
If you intend to utilize this for those Hammer Strength chest press machines and you’re 6’+ tall, do NOT get the 4.0 variant. It makes it hard for your hands and body to “contort” correctly to grasp the handles without discomfort, because it takes too much space behind your scapulas and limits your freedom of movement. The 2.0 is too small. The 3.0 is just right, despite the product description for the 4.0 saying it’s recommended for tall people. In short: get the 3.0 version if you’re unsure of what to buy and you’re tall. It will suffice on 99% of exercises and machines. Overall, the product has been great in helping me achieve that coveted stretch on the machines. That said, I do not recommend using it on the standard Hammer Strength chest press machine—use it on the incline and decline variant for your shoulders’ sake. You don’t want to hurt your coracoid processes. Some people say to get the cheaper EAS1OOPE variant of this. I don’t recommend this, because that product slips and slides too much, even if taut against the seat. It has no friction and will be very annoying and lead to serious instability on chest press machines and other exercises.

Transformed My Chest Workouts… Finally Seeing Real Growth
I found this after watching a video on YouTube, and I wish I had it years ago. Chest has always been the hardest muscle for me to grow. I’d hit bench, incline, flyes… but by the end of the workout, my shoulders and triceps were smoked—and my chest barely felt worked. It was frustrating and honestly made me dread chest day. Since using the Charles Glass Gob Pad, my chest workouts have improved 100 fold. I could finally feel the right stretch and contraction in every rep. After the first few sessions, I was sore in places I’d never hit before. I’m finally seeing size and shape come in, especially in my upper chest. It’s helped me isolate the muscle like never before. The best part? It’s easy to use. I just throw it on any bench—flat or incline—line it up with my upper back, and press or fly like normal. It’s super lightweight and fits right in my gym bag. I use it with dumbbell presses, machine presses, and even cables. Other people at the gym have noticed too—I’ve gotten questions about it more than once.

Transform your Bench Press
Raises your chest to the right height for bench presses (flat or incline). According to Charles Glass (trainer of champions), Your Chest should be the highest point while doing flat or incline bench presses. Especially if you have Droopy shoulders like mine. This pad raises your chest up, and drop your shoulders down, so when you press, your back muscles lifts the weight. I have tried cheaper pads on Amazon which are not the right thickness, hence not effective as this one.

Works so so
I've used this on both free weight barbell and machine movements. It takes some getting used to but is sort of uncomfortable. A folded towel always worked fine for me

Isolates upper chest but harder on rotator cuff and shoulder. Lacks stabilization.
This does what it’s supposed to do. But it pushes your back off the pad. It makes your bench less stable. And ultimately, it’s harder on your shoulder. A flat yoga pad is much better. Gives you more stability allowing you to grow your chest more bench more weight without injury. You have to have really strong shoulders to make use of this without injury.
