Very pleased with this velvet cover from Chelzen for my new recliner chair. I firstly ordered the dusky green colour, but it looked washed out, so I returned it and ordered the green/black colour, I couldn’t be more pleased with it, I love the colour, it’s more of a dark teal, which matches perfectly well with my sofa and the rest of my decor. I ordered it last night and it arrived this morning, it probably took me about 15 mins to fit it onto my chair (I’m in my 70s and found it easy to fit) it’s very stretchy and feels of good quality, time will tell as to how well it lasts, I have a very similar cover on my sofa which still looks good after 2 years, so I’m hopeful of this one. The only thing I would like to mention is that it only has 1 pocket, which is on the left side, but I swapped the sides over so that the pocket was on the right side, it still fitted very well due to the stretchy nature of the fabric. If you’re looking at covers for your recliner chair, don’t hesitate to purchase one from this company, they have many colours to choose from and are a very good product for the price.

Very pleased with it. As others have mentioned, it's good quality and comes with a zipped dust bag. It fits ridiculously well, surprising me. Its not 100% wrinkle free, but almost. And thats incredibke given it would fit any shape within size range. I felt it's very well suited to my classic shaped sofa (2 sester sofa bed). The colour I feel is accurate, it's a turquoise teal green, more than the photos show (light reflecting off the material). It looks inviting and cosy, and feels good. I didn't give it 5 stars for the simple reason front and back weren't marked, nor were there any instructions included. Had there been 2 people fitting it together, it would have been much quicker to work out which way round it went, but I put the cover on myself. So it took a while to manhandle a large stretchy bag to a point that the shape made sense with the seams etc. Fir this reason I doubt very much it will be taken on and off for washing, as it seems to indicate is "so easy" 🤷 🤣🤣🤣 However I would buy another cover to put on top, for a change when needed, knowing there's still another under it. I also attached a toggle bungee cord to the retaining strap to make it easy to refit. I would advise marking the back and front on the inside clearly if you intend taking it on and off frequently. For those dog owners wondering about dog hair....its a complete hair magnet! My dog is white short haired, and without her even being in the room, there was already hairs on it before I finished even fitting it. They do brush off, however it does produce enough static to attract them, so bear that in mind. All things considered though, I'd buy again, and my sofa looks great....far better than buying another! *Before and after photos *

I knew this wouldn’t fit my sofa perfectly as my sofa is not a standard shape, it fits well enough and stays on, but the main issue is that the colour isn’t as pictured or described. It’s not blackish green, it’s more of a darker peacock blue. Really nice material though.

I don’t leave reviews but these are unbelievably good. I wanted to cover two old sofas that are totally different shapes and they worked a treat on both. It’s transformed our games room.

Looks good of very nice quality. Given4 stars because haven't used yet. Unpacked to check the quality and it's super soft and thick. Recommend it.
