Keyboard does not work
Hi, I bought this product but I need help because the keyboard does not work. I connect it to the pad and nothing happens, I went to configuration and selected new devices and tried to ad a new device while keyboard is connected but it does not recognize, also I went to configuration/system/keyboard and it is not recognized, only works the tablet virtual keyboard. All the updates of the system are already done. So what happened? Need your help and how can I proceed. I live in Ecuador South America.
