Lee Precision 30/40 Kr Pacesetter Dies

Lee reloading equipment never disappoints. For the money, they are hard to beat and the dies are no exception. I own sets in 9 calibers from pistol to magnum rifle and they all work perfectly. The only thing I would change is adding locking collars, as the o-ring design doesn't stay put, especially when making adjustments. I've replaced them on most of my sets with lock collars from Hornady. Very effective and inexpensive, and still cheaper than most of the others.

I recommend for you to by this. I really like this due to the price and that it also comes with a bullet puller in case you either put the wrong powder or to much powder and it also comes with a special spoon that puts the correct amount of powder in it.

I normally like Hornady dies, because of their sliding collet for the bullet seater. I bought these because I will not do a lot of reloading for this firearm and the price was very good. Plus, this set included all the required accessories. I was pleasantly surprised as this is a quality die set, and filled the bill very well. I gave it 4 stars as nothing is perfect and I just don't give 5 stars to any review. One thing I am not happy with is the Lee locking ring. I like a lock screw on the locking ring of my dies, to set and forget. These have the Lee rubber gasket set up, so when you remove the die from the press, you must readjust for future use.

Have not used them yet but it was nice to see that the die set contained a factory crimp die at no extra cost. If these are as good as other Lee products then they are a steal. I have other Lee dies and they perform as well as other brands at producing quality reloads.

good value but the shipping was way to slow...and then the carrier let it sit in town for 3 days and then gave it to USPS to deliver

Lee dies are fine, but the 30/40 Krag Pacesetter set I received was already opened and was missing the powder dipper (no big deal) and the the shell holder.

Hubby was very pleased with this kit

Perfect just what I needed.

Hey they are Lee dies...they always work decently...and a shell holder to boot...take the little powder measure spoon and use it for your coffee...not sure anyone loads using this 1970's style as powder throwers and scales are so reasonably priced today
