GAP Men's Essential Straight Fit Khaki Chino Pants

I ordered a pair of straight fit khakis from the gap store online that were more expensive - the waist fit but they ran weirdly long. I then ordered a pair of the straight fit "essentials" from Amazon in a shorter length, the length was right but the waist was too wide and the seat too roomy... which was different than the direct store version (the direct store version had a better cut).Outside of that, the material is great and very much the same as the direct gap store version (albeit with some "cheap" shortcuts like un-lined seams and no double wrapped waist band).If you normally wear a 32 length you probably only need a 30 length in these. Both of the pairs I have are still wearable but neither had the cut I was after.

I needed to replace my beige pants. I buy most of my pants now from Amazon and they fit me great. I didn’t realize that these were made by GAP. Material is good and finishing and price are also good but, fitting is not as good as other pants I have bought in Amazon. I decided to keep them anyhow.
