Promising for digestive issues other than constipation
Promising reduction in symptoms of bloating and cramping. I started by splitting on tablet in half, taking half in the morning and half at night. I don’t struggle particularly with constipation but more so uncomfortable digestive issues like bloating and slow transit through the upper GI area. This causes trapped wind and pain under the ribs that no amount of supplements or medication has resolved. Since starting slowly I have noticed less discomfort but it has not eliminated it. So I will increase slowly to see if it makes any difference. I was reluctant to take one full tablet just in case it made matters worse so using tentatively. Will update if matters improve by taking one full tablet in the evening and half in the morning. My sleep has been more unsettled which is disappointing but digestive discomfort is slightly lessened so I intend to persist for a while longer

Great product. No side effects. No strong taste. Good size not too big to swallow though also easy to break up. No longer bloated so doing a good job and will continue to purchase

Había tomado Triphala de otras marcas, pero esta me ha impresionado de lo rápido que hace efecto. Lo compré por que sufro de estreñimiento casi crónico, y digestion lenta. En muy pocos dias me sentí super deshinchada. La digestion fluye y tengo una sensación de energía y bienestar en el vientre que hace muchísimos años que no tenia. Se ha de beber más agua. Esta primera semana he dormido mejor y me siento con menos hambre sobre todo por la noche. Me siento la piel más hidratada y me imagino que al hacer el detox me ayudará bajar peso (que ya noto). La calidad del producto es TOP!
