I make a protein shake for my roommate every night because he is skinny and refuses to eat healthy food. I can sneak fruit, spinach and milk into this shake so he is getting nutrients that he would never get otherwise. I am noticing that he is getting some muscle mass back as a result of drinking these shakes. The powder mixes well and it's not grainy and It doesn't make me sick to my stomach like other whey protein powders have in the past. I am definitely buying this again.

It's the best protein out there. Mixes instantly but a little light on the flavor because it's cleaner than most powders without all the fillers. If it wasntthe best, it wouldn't have been around over30 years and be the top selling protein/supplement line ever.

Wow! Tastes unbelievably good. Chocolaty -- like a milk shake. I certainly didn't expect this to taste so good -- I've used Metrx and Designer Protein for decades; this is an improvement over both of those by a huge margin. just great. mixes quickly and well with milk. no lumps, no clumps & I don't blend -- I place milk and a scoop or so of this drop in an ice cube (which helps as it acts like a mixer/spoon as I shake it up) and done. excellent

I used to buy a package 1/4 the size of this tub for the same price in my local grocery store. I was so excited when I found it on here! I am working to build muscle and need to increase my protein intake. So far so good... I'm gaining weight AND I love the taste of this stuff! I have about 3-4 shakes a week. Highly recommend.

The Double Chocolate and Rocky Road are my favorite flavors. Strawberry is also pretty good. Even though it only has 2 or 3g of sugar, Extreme Milk Chocolate tastes a little too sweet for my liking. I usually put 3/4 - 4/4 of a scoop in a red solo cup and fill it to the top with water. It mixes easily, doesn't clump, and tastes good. The recommended amount is a heaping scoop but with 12oz water that creates a few clumps (which I hate, yuck), and if you don't stir intermittently, the excess settles to the bottom so I just use less. Highly recommended.
