Used With No Problems
I made about 175 luggage tags with no problem. Am buying a second to double me output as I need to make 400 more at the end of each year. I might have been better off buying the HD1200 which would have been cheaper in the long run.

USI HD1200 Heavy Duty Pouch Laminator Kit up to 12"x15" requires using a laminator carrier. I did not see any other reviews noting this requirement and may explain why it is not working properly or stops working. If you are using this in a business environment with multiple users that do not follow instructions - do not buy this equipment. Having to use a carrier that your laminate pouches go into before inserting into machine is a quirky design. I am returning before someone in the office uses it and messes it up. If you lose the carrier - I do not see parts instructions for reordering.

jams and destroys the carrier
We ordered extra carrier pouches. The laminator jammed and crunched up the carriers after as few as five laminations. Now we have torn bits of carrier paper that we can't remove from the rollers. It is unusable as is.

We laminated all day straight for 2 days flawlessly

Not the Best Machine out there
This machine is terrible, my laminates either comes out with many air bubbles or rippled. No matter much I turn down the machine, it continues to smell like it burning and produced bad laminates.I am not sure if I received a bad machine but the machine I have is no good. Unfortunately it is too late for me to return this.
