I have always been a good sleeper and able to fall asleep no problem however, recently I have been having trouble with my sleep cycle and waking up around 2am/3am at night and being unable to go back to sleep for 2-3 hours. After trying these for 3 days my night waking has significantly reduced. I always wake up naturally a few times in the night for the loo, but with these I am able to fall back asleep in 10minutes, not 3 hours later as before. I have read some negative comments regarding the efficacy of the gummies and I feel it’s important to note that these are a herbal vitamin, and you cannot expect pharmacy level ‘knock out’ for something that does not require a medical physician to prescribe like Melatonin for example. If you are looking for something light to help your body clock reset I would 100% recommend giving these a try. Like with any vitamin you have to allow the substances within the gummy to build up in your system such as the B12 and Magnesium. Regular nightly dosage is recommended for this to occur (unlike some users stating that they use them as a one off). For those who do not wish to see a physician or take strong sleepers (which come with their own side effects) this is great way to help you regulate your mind and body.

My previous subscribe option was for the Melatoninx gummies but these seem to have been removed from the subscription and I’ve been sent these ones instead. I’ve been on my first set of gummies for about 18 months and while I’ve been using these new ones for the past two ish months, and while they still work the same, I’m not a big fan of the taste or the texture. They feel a lot harder to chew than my original set and they don’t taste quite as sweet. I’m just not overly fond. My original set slipped down much easier, whereas these take some work. It’s not an unpleasant taste, just not a taste I’m particularly enjoying. Unfortunately with these gummies taking over, I may have to either look for an alternative or see if my Melatoninx comes back onto Subscribe & Save soon.

If you’re looking for a simple way to improve your sleep routine, these are definitely worth a try!

Absolutely useless ! Used these for 1 week and my sleep patterns got worse and worse, couldn’t sleep, mind racing and ended up half the night. Do not buy !
