Well designed, good value, and very easy to install. I would highly recommend this for a 30-Amp generator plug attachment to a switch box, and if this company makes a 50-Amp I would check them out first before looking anywhere else... Very highend product, without the high-end price which is rare these days...

Wasn’t expecting plastic, in fact didn’t know what to expect. Seller says it good for outdoor use and it does have rubber gaskets but I wonder how it will stand up to UV rays from the sun. Still, I’m using it indoors anyway so it doesn’t really matter (to me at least).

This was exactly what I was looking for, see pictures. I was able to snake a 10-3 with ground through the same conduit as the line in. I attached this box directly under the "L", and ran the cable through a 3/4" romex connector. And connected the other end to a Sq. D 30 amp. breaker. I also installed a Sq. D lockout in the main breaker box, meets code. Anyway the box is well built and should give years of service.

I had to drill a hole in the back of the box to accommodate my wiring. strange that it comes with knock-outs on all sides - but not any on the back of the box. This is the second box I bought, and both times the covers cracked when re-attaching. I had used #8 wire and it was a tight fit to put it all back in. All in all a bit flimsy, but I still think it is a good priced option.

Product looks good but when mounting don't use to much torque on the screws or they will rip the inset off the inner wall. The sleeve where the screws go in the front to mount the front and back together. when you mount the 2 halves back together and give a lil twist to tighten them up it will break off and you'll find yourself with a screw that appears to no be tightening. what happened was the sleeve head broke off the mount.

The directions are easily understood on how to hook this product up. The depth is sufficient for having wore in it and the knockouts make t easy to run the wire whichever direction you choose.

Using this box, a generator interlock and a 100’ cord to run my shop and house on one generator.This box while being plastic, seems to be of good quality. No issues so far and the size is great!
