I used these for my half marathon, and was very impressed. The taste is neutral, the texture was pretty bang on. No sticky residue either! The screw cap and pouch size made running more efficient, fits in my running belt comfortably. I can fuel as much or little as I need, and simply pop the lid back on. I drink water with my gels, and felt hydrated and no stomach issues! The value for money is definitely there, and highly recommend.

This is just great! I have been looking for an energy gel with a screw top for years, and highy recommend this. No more sticky fingers, and it allows me to 're-energise' easily every two miles with ease. The taste is neutral (hard to describe) and pleasant, with just a touch of sweetness, and no unpleasdant aftertaste. Cost-wise they are good value for money (I bought the 3 x 90g pack). The only downside is the cost of delivery (no Amazon Premium free delivery for some reason.)

I really like this product. Not sickly sweet like a lot of other gels. Good taste and gel was easy to take on board on the run. The resealable cap is great. I never use gels that don't have this now. Absolute game changer for long runs. Size is good too. One of these will more than some for a marathon plus the recovery. Would definitely recommend and the service was great too.

Useful to have 90 grms in one pouch which is as good as 2-3 gel sachets The screwtop is also useful to stretch out usage. I find it useful to hold at start of marathon and use over first 15-18km Tastes good

Ces gels sont efficaces et le packaging est intéressant car c’est 3 gels contenus dans 1 seule flasque. Les frais de port sont un peu élevés.

I was surprised at how good these taste. The small round opening makes it easier to pull the gel into your mouth instead of having to squeeze the packet, which makes it easier to swallow as well. Great product. Great package. Please make a 60g version!
