It looks just as it does in the photo, I’m pleased with how it looks. Very well made & seals tight to keep food fresh. The only con is it doesn’t hold 30lbs like it says it does. I would guess it probably holds closer to 25lbs. This is not a problem for me but thought I would mention for others considering this item.

I purchased this because of the size, the look, and the small business. It’s really nice. Right size. Steel is thicker than I expected. Solid lid and handles. Lid sits snug over rimmed gasket. And they included an extra gasket. Included scoop also cute and designed well. Packed carefully with durable foam and extra thick cardboard box. (Can’t rate “freshness” yet as I just got it today.) Happy with my purchase.

perfect size, seals well, nice appearance. the rubber ring around the inside area will need to be cleaned prior to use, imo. it stained my hands.

This is a much better system system than having multiple bags of dry food shoved into cabinets. I like that it's metal, which doesn't grow bacteria the same way that plastic does, and the design is cute.However, I assumed the lid would screw on, which it doesn't. They provide two rubber gaskets to stretch around the rim so you can squish the lid down to preserve freshness, but 1) they're very difficult to get on; they snapped into my hands multiple times when I tried to attach them, which hurt! And 2) they don't stay on the container. Somehow they both came off when I wasn't even using them. One is missing and I just found the cats playing with the other. They chewed it into two pieces.So yeah, I might need to get one of the plastic ones and wash it more often, because I don't know if this is going to keep food actually fresh.

Love it! I was so happy to find a large container that was tin / steel to store cat food in. I do not like plastic containers for long term storage of anything. Glass or medal material is my preference with any food. This container seems to be very well made & love the large 20lb size. Great seal & awesome that a replacement seal ring was included. I do however wish this product was available in a square container instead of round but I would defiantly buy it again & likely will when I get more cats or dogs. The cost was rather high but it is well worth the price due to the quality. The scoop is also a nice extra.

The canisters are expensive but are solid, have good seals, hold a lot of food without taking up too much space. They should keep mice and bugs out and ensure food stays fresh.

Really good quality and seals out moisture and bugs. I am a dog lover and this stole my heart plus it holds Charlie’s fifty pound bag of dog food. Love it!

Love the quality and design on this storage container. The only reason for 4 stars is because the lid can be incredibly difficult to get off. We wanted a good sealed container and it definitely is. I just don’t want to keep pulling a muscle to feed the pup lol
