It is a good quality the lemon flavor is Pleasant reminds me of lemon sugar cookies I keep it in the fridge cold take a spoonful every morning

I really like this. The women flavor helps it go down and I don't get any type of nasty burps. It would be nice if Icelandic would let you know if it needs to be refrigerated or not. It doesn't say on the label it has to be, but I'm still wondering.
